Hey everyone! I’m Ashleigh. I wanted to take the time to connect with all of you and share a little about who I am and what I do. I studied business with an emphasis in marketing at Brandman University and am a self taught photographer. I’ve grown up and spent all my life in Orange County, California. From a young age I’ve been an avid horseback rider and am blessed to own two of my own gorgeous boys. I enjoy spending time with friends and family whether it be trying the new coffee shop down the street or traveling to new places together.

Road trips and adventuring are some of my favorite activities and I am always looking for the next new place to go! I’ve always been a die heart country fan, and while I love all music; country has a special place in my heart and half the time I spend out line dancing. I also love reading and continually am looking for new books to indulge in. I’m a devoted Christ lover and am continually thanking the Lord for all the opportunities He has provided me with. I believe everyone has their own story to tell, and I would be honored to help share yours!

This boy has been my ride or die from the start. Being the inspiration behind my photography, I'm blessed for the countless years we've had together and look forward to the ones yet to come. Banjo is a 23 year old Appendix, trained in both western and english disciplines this horse has done it all! One of my crowning achievements with him would be the ability to trick train and ride without a bridle. I have never experienced the sort of trust we share and now have the ability to share it with others. Banjo is a superstar modeling for me and several of my clients have had the chance to use him in their session. Fun fact he was also Boot Barn's model in 2014!

I can’t thank this guy enough for everything he does for Ashleigh Magnus Photography! Derek helps in any way possible whether its assisting, shooting, or even building the brand. This guy always finds a way to make you laugh and feel relaxed throughout your time with us! He works hard day in and day out juggling his full time job and supporting my photography. I can honestly say he is my best friend and it is such a blessing to have his constant support.

Moe was welcomed into the family in 2015 and boy has it been a ride with this one! While he continues to be my incredible show jumper, I'm also blown away by his fun and quirky personality. I don't believe I have met a horse with such a full heart and desire to please. Moe has taken me to countless new heights and continues to grow and develop me as a rider. On our off days I'm usually out enjoying a trail ride with this guy or giving him some time off to relax in the turnout. I'm so excited to see where our future leads and am enjoying every step we take together! Forever thanks to the Kivlin family for the incredible chance to own this horse.

This girl has become a huge part of what I do and continues to inspire me every day! Running her own photography business, Sara takes the time to come second shoot and assist at engagements and weddings. Her fun and eager personality shines through in everything she does and I love having her on the team while also watching her thrive in her own business! With her around your big day is sure to be something special!

SO excited to introduce your very own hair and make up artist, Megan! This girl has been practicing hair and make up professionally now for the past 5 years. Megan says one of her favorite parts of this job is having the chance to give people the ability to feel their best selves. With experience in portraits, engagements, and weddings, Megan works closely with our clients to make sure they are looking their best!
