Banjo MAN

If you follow our story, you may already know this special boy. Banjo is the heart and soul behind Ashleigh Magnus Photography. He was my childhood horse that inspired me in my craft and drove me to create this business. I was lucky enough to have him by my side for 20 years and even though he may not psychically be with us anymore, he continues to inspire this business and myself daily. Banjo was always the first horse I would practice new ideas with, offer up to clients for various sessions, and teach me everything I know. One of his crowning achievements was even modeling for the 2014 Boot Barn catalog! I miss my best friend every day, but know he is always with me. Ashleigh Magnus Photography continues his legacy and provides me the opportunity to share his story. I truly could not have asked for a better first horse. Thank you B-man for being the legend that you were.

andy

Andy has been doing videography since 2020! One of his favorite things is shooting video for couples and small businesses. He enjoys telling people’s stories through film and bringing timeless experience to life! Andy has been a huge asset to the AMP team shooting not just for clients, but most of our behind the scenes footage as well. When he’s not behind the camera you will often find him playing and teaching both piano and guitar lessons, visiting vinyl record shops, and serving within our church. I might be a bit biased here since this wonderful man is my fiancee, but I’m thrilled to have him on our team!

AMADEUS

Moe was welcomed into our family in 2015 and I’d be lying if I didn’t say it has been one crazy ride! While we’ve had our fair share of ups and downs both in the ring and out, I wouldn’t trade anything for this perfect man. When Banjo began to slow down, Moe became my new way to progress. While I thought I was only getting a show jumping horse, I quickly learned there was a lot more this guy had to bring to the table. Moe and I have soared to new heights together and he continues to help me grow every day. I’m extremely grateful for his big heart and desire to please. While he is officially retired from jumping, Moe has excelled in the western and trail world. When Banjo passed, this guy has truly stepped up to fill some big shoes. Often when clients don’t have a horse of their own, Moe will step in for their session with us! He is a special boy always willing to please and put a smile on your face,

matina

Matina has been behind the camera since 2011! With over 15 years of experience she absolutely loves being able to capture the connections people have. Whether that is between humans or horses! Having the ability to interact with our clients brings her immense joy. She enjoys capturing and saving memories that people can cherish forever. Photos are the one thing that can be passed down for generations and tell a story like no other. Outside of photography, Matina is an active baker, board game player, and loves attending musicals! We are thankful for have her as a part of the AMP team!

BECCA

Becca has had a long-term interest in taking photos and decided to turn that hobby into a profession for the last 4 years! She absolutely LOVES working with couples and families. To her there is something so special about capturing and freezing those special moments for growing families. Working as a full-time lawyer, Becca loves being able to step into the creative world and get behind a camera. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, riding her horse, and traveling as much as possible! We are so excited to have this girl as a part of the AMP team!
